Terms and Conditions for CutFy

Welcome to CutFy! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CutFy website and its services, including our URL shortener, bio page builder, and QR code generator (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CutFy.

a. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for your personal or business use.
b. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

•Shorten URLs, create bio pages, or generate QR codes that link to, promote, or contain:
•Malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
•Phishing, spam, or other deceptive practices.
•Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or hateful.
•Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
•Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
•Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or data contained therein.
•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems or networks.
•Use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Services in a manner that sends more request messages to the CutFy servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser.
•Resell, lease, or sublicense the Services or any part thereof.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of CutFy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as generally permitted by these Terms.
7. User Content
•Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for the content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services, including shortened URLs, bio page content, and QR code data ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that your User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights.
•License to CutFy: By submitting User Content, you grant CutFy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Services and CutFy's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CUTFY DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, CUTFY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CUTFY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICES OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CutFy, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
